CANCELLATION POLICY: Please call the clinic within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid missed appointment charges. There will be 50% of the amount of your booked appointment charged for a first no show or late cancellation. Full amount will be charged for any subsequent no shows or late cancellations. These charges CANNOT be paid by your insurance company. POLICY FOR MINORS (15 AND UNDER): All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who is 18 years or older) to all appointments. The parent/guardian must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the treatment, in accordance with provincial regulations. If the parent is not present with the minor, the treatment will not take place. It will be considered a missed appointment, and will be subject to missed appointment fees (see Cancellation Policy.)
